Not going to lie, I was totally hoping I could get one of these trees this weekend but it's only in two zip codes! I recently planted some trees in my backyard a few weeks ago. I had no idea trees were so expensive!
ICT Trees Inc. will be giving away free trees to Wichita homeowners this weekend. ICT Trees Inc., a volunteer organization, says in collaboration with Arbor Day Foundation, ICT Trees, Inc., Evergy, Wichita Park Department & Forestry Division, Alpha Kappa Alpha, Beta Kappa Omega Chapter, ICT Tree Huggers, and 316 United, they will be giving homeowners one free tree of their choosing.
However, it is only for homeowners in the following zip codes: 67214 and 67208.
After registering, homeowners can pick up their tree at Murdock Park, 1808 East Murdock from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 6. Click HERE to register!
