Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, announced the birth of their third child, Golden Raye Mahomes, days before the Chiefs' AFC Divisional Round Game against the Houston Texans.
"•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25🎀✨," Brittany wrote in a joint post shared on her and Patrick's Instagram accounts.
Brittany and Patrick announced they were expecting their third child in a joint social media post shared in July featuring a video with daughter Sterling Skye and son Patrick 'Bronze' Lavon III.
"Round three, here we come 🤍," Brittany wrote in the post's caption."
Brittany and Patrick began dating in 2012 when she was a junior and he was a sophomore at Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas, and were married in 2022. The couple welcomed daughter in February 2021 and son in November 2022.

The Chiefs finished the regular season with tied for the best record in the NFL and will host the Texans as the No. 1 seed in the AFC at Arrowhead Stadium on Saturday (January 18) afternoon. Mahomes finished 3,928 yards, 26 touchdowns and 11 interceptions on 392 of 481 passing, while leading Kansas City to a 15-1 record as a starter, having rested during a blowout Week 18 loss to the Denver Broncos.
The Chiefs are coming off back-to-back Super Bowl victories and have won in three of the last five years.
