If you still haven't found all of your old Pokémon cards then you might want to ASAP because an unopened box of first edition Pokémon cards just sold at an auction for $408,000!
The sale was handled by Heritage Auctions and set a new record for the most amount of money spent on a trading collectible and this isn't the first high-priced auction for Pokémon cards.
The Pokémon Trading Card Game first launched in 1996 and while they are still in print, the first edition version of each card has seen a recent surge in investors and buyers.
